What is My Account?

My account is your personal log in platform, were you can see your transactions, details and conversations, which only you have access too.

How Do I Unlock My Account?

My account will automatically unlock once you submit all requested documents, the admin will automatically accept you, then you can gain access and trade. You do not need to do anything, once the requirements are met, you will be approved and your account resumes.

How Do I Change My Password?

Password can be changed through forgotten password, you will receive a link in your registered E-mail with instructions how to go about it.

I Am Having Financial difficulties, Can I have an item on free?

No! Items are purchase and no free or credit alternative, in future we might setup KuupiPay which will allow people to buy now pay later, for now there’s no free item and full payment must be made before delivery.

What Is 'Affordability' And Why Do You Need My Details?

We have products which are affordable, less hassle to delivery and within price range.

Your details are needed to verify you, in order to be sure of your business as a vendor. We will be dealing with thousands of not millions of customers on a daily basis and its our job to protect our customers, protect your money, protect your goods and make sure you are happy to trade on Kuupi. All requested documents will be verified before approval, just to be sure you are who you say you are. So details is that important.

How And Where Do I Change My details?

Is Kuupi Reliable?

Very reliable, friendly and well secured online retailer. We are passionate to see you have money in your pocket, so what we do is to bring vendor and customers together, with less hassle to both parties, while making sure everyone is protected and transaction goes smoothly.

As a vendor can I receive payment on a different account?

No you can not, account name must match the bank name. In any circumstances you wish to change your bank account details, you can edit it from my account and wait for our approval. Kuupi reserve all the write to disable your account if rules are violated. If you are “James week”, your payout account name will be James week too. Anything outside that will not be accepted.

How do I deliver my package, Do Kuupi sort the packaging out?

Yes!

As a vendor you have to make available the product to our designated centers which mobile numbers and address will be sent to you once you are accepted. Every region has their drop off center. Once you are accepted, we will assign you to a drop off center were you can drop your order after sells. Products must remain intact, same as the store, no damage and unbroken seal. Failure to meet up to this will be classified as FRAUD and in some cases we will involve the authorities. Item must be same and after sells, must be dropped at our center before 24hrs.

For customers, we will always communicate through E-mail with you, there are prices for each delivery, next day delivery might cost a little bit more, outside that our delivery routine is usually 3-4 working days.

When do I receive pay as vendor?

We pay vendor after 7 days, once the customer receives the item and are happy with it and what they purchased are what the received, we will payout in 7 days. In situations were item is damaged, we will classified as pending, investigated if the fault is ours or courier service.

Note: All products are cross checked at our center before acceptance, bringing forward a different product from what customer order is strictly prohibited and once that is done we will terminate your profile and you won’t be allowed access to the platform. Your page will be deleted once you violate our terms, conditions and policy. Kindly go through our questions & answer, help and every other vital information on our page before signing up.

How do I pay for my Item?

Click on your Shopping cart and click ‘Check Out’, all selected product will remain in your basket until you are ready to pay, unless I becomes unavailable, you will be notified.

You can pay by bank transfer and debit cards and your payment will show on your account the same working day, card payment generates automatic receipts while bank transfer shows in your account on 2 working days.

At Kuupi full payment are only allowed, no partial payment to the things you’ve bought. Full payment must be made before proceeding.

How do I return an item?

First,

Item must remain sealed, not damaged or broken, return can be discussed with customer service which details can be found below.

Reason of return must be clear and further discussion. In case of receiving a wrong order, customer service will advise you on what to do.

Return can only be discussed through our available contacts and immediate response will be communicated back as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

When you make a purchase, an automated receipts comes direct to your E-mail, with your email we can communicate the order details with you until receive, track number will be forwarded to you, remember you need a government original identification to be able to claim parcel.

We will E-mail you a tracking number and the courier service while following up.

How do I stay with the rules and terms?

At kuupi the terms are simple, trade and pay. Submitting a fake ID or details automatically violates our guidelines and polices, we will automatically disable your account. We are building a community as transparent as mirror, were the customers need will be met, vendors paid and all party happy with our trading community. This is simple, details must match names, all required details must be provided, only original government issued identification is accepted and account for payout must be same name with the account name, we won’t accept a different bank account.
